Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, and online marketplaces.

Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, standees, presentations, and POSM.

Develop product packaging, labels, and branding materials.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to execute creative campaigns.

Design launch creatives, promotional materials, and event branding.

Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.

Retouch product images and prepare print-ready artwork.

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends,



tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital design.

Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in Graphic Design.

Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury, or FMCG industry is preferred.

A robust design portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, and packaging work is mandatory.
