We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods — Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge — each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team.

Bridge connects Zato to the broader financial and business ecosystem. As Bridge's Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end integrations roadmap — deciding what Zato connects to next, and how.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the end-to-end integrations roadmap across Zato's ecosystem of partner and customer systems

• Build a point of view on which integrations unlock the most customer and business value next

Execution & Delivery

• Define requirements for new integrations based on customer demand and market opportunity

• Partner with Bridge's engineering team to scope integration architecture and sequencing

• Establish integration quality, reliability, and monitoring standards with Infrastructure (Forge) and Security (Shield)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Represent the voice of the customer on integration needs, partnering closely with Customer Success (Summit)
