Role Description
The Team Leader – Real Estate is a full time, on-site role based in Koramangala. This position is responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate professionals, overseeing daily brokerage activities, and ensuring targets and service standards are met. The role involves guiding the team on property listings, client interactions, and transaction closure, while maintaining strong relationships with builders,



brokers, and buyers. The Team Leader will monitor performance metrics, provide training and coaching, and ensure compliance with company processes and documentation requirements. The role also includes coordinating with internal technology and operations teams to improve workflows, reporting market insights, and contributing to strategies that enhance trust and transparency in the marketplace.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective client interaction abilities.
