Role & responsibilities:

Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

1. Take lead role in developing strategies, policies and procedures, and the organizational capacity to maximize overall revenues of company properties. This position will oversee the implementation of regional and business unit level. Key responsibilities will include achievement of revenue and profitability goals, staffing and development of overall product and service quality.

2. Must have in depth operating knowledge of all operations and procedures and passion for healthcare industry.

3. Should have leadership management and organizational skills, the capacity to oversee a complex, diverse operation, and the technical skills to function as an individual contributor, mentor and coach.

4. Must have the necessary ability to budget and forecast demand, revenues, expenses and control costs.

5. Understands how to develop business plans and evaluate business trends to modify strategies.
