We’re looking for a street smart, number savvy, and highly adaptable team member to join our Founder's Office. This role doesn’t come with a fixed playbook, you’ll be jumping across functions, solving problems on the go, and working closely with the core team to keep things moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

*Fundraising: Work closely with the Founder and co-ordinate with investors and other institutions for Fund Raising

*Problem-Solving & Firefighting: Tackle whatever comes your way from operational bottlenecks to data deep-dives and find actionable, efficient solutions.

*Data & Number Crunching: Work with Excel/Sheets to analyze trends, track spends, and generate insights that support decision-making.

*Strategic & Market Research: Conduct quick, focused research on competitors, categories, or potential opportunities to support key business decisions.

*Process & Efficiency Projects: Help identify and implement small systems or tools that make operations smoother, especially around tracking expenses, reporting,



or workflow improvements.

*Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with multiple teams (sales, ops, finance, marketing) to connect dots, gather data, and keep projects moving.

Qualifications

* Solid with numbers and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

* Street smart, proactive, and resourceful - you figure things out.

* Comfortable working in a fast paced, unstructured startup environment.

* Familiarity with the FMCG or snacks industry is a plus.
