Position description:

Achieve short ter and long term busines objectives (Volume Customer satisfaction) by

1.Continiously improve network capacity and capabality through appointment, evaluation and improvement.

2. Develop and impliment short and long term business plans through forecasting processes

3. Interface to execute the strategic programs through network

Primary Responsibilities:
- 1. Procurement Planning and Achievement
- 1.1 Fore case and prepare annual plan with target image For Procrement from different Sources
- 1.2 Forecast Procurement Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise
- 1.3 Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
- 1.4 Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee
- 1.5 Tieup with B2B and Auction Companies for Bulk Buying
- 2. Retail Planning Achievement




- 1.1 Fore case and prepare annual plan with target image for retail from different Sources
- 1.2 Forecast Retail Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise
- 1.3 Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
- 1.4 Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee
- 2. PDCA and Support
- 2.1 Negotiate and arrange the other sales enablers inputs (Retail finance, RTO, Warranties, RSA, Insurance BTL )
- 2.2 Conduct weekly PDCA with TMs for business improvement actions
- 2.3 Evaluate Different suitable sources for Procurement Retail and Plan Accordingly
- 2.4 Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy
- 2.5 Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
- 2.6 Facilitate decision making for the team
