Role Description
The Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional and ethical client interactions. This full-time, in office position is based in Vijayawada and involves planning and implementing collection strategies, monitoring daily collection activities, and guiding collection representatives to meet targets. The role includes reviewing account statuses,



coordinating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports related to collections. The Collection Manager will also analyze collection trends, recommend process improvements, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and support audit requirements. Regular communication with customers, negotiation of payment plans when necessary, and escalation of high-risk accounts are key aspects of the role.
