Accountabilities




The German Business Account Evaluator will support an AI personalization evaluation project by reviewing and assessing AI-generated responses based on professional communication data. The role requires robust analytical skills, language accuracy, and the ability to provide clear, structured feedback. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating AI-generated responses using professional email history and business account activity as context.
- Assessing AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and quality of personalization.
- Identifying unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and areas for improvement.
