Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our internal bench consultants, generating recent business opportunities, building strong relationships with prime vendors/implementation partners, and driving revenue growth in the US market during night shift hours.
- Bench Marketing: Actively market our internal bench consultants (H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and requirements through aggressive cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other modern sales tools.
- Requirement Matching: Swiftly identify matching client requirements, negotiate rates, and submit suitable consultants within tight deadlines.
- End-to-End Coordination: Coordinate closely with consultants and vendor partners to manage availability, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Portal Management:



Utilize premier US job portals and platforms such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to source requirements and map profiles.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and track submissions, interview loops, and final placements regularly within our tracking systems.
- Compliance Oversight: Apply a strong understanding of US work authorizations and tax terms to ensure all placements comply with industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Practical experience working as a Bench Sales Recruiter within the US IT Staffing ecosystem.
- Tax & Work Authorization Literacy: Solid understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) as well as with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to pitch consultants, negotiate rates, and build trust with prime vendors.
