Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising, SEO, website optimization, and content marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads, improving website rankings through SEO, and creating engaging content that drives quality leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube). Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences. Manage campaign budgets efficiently.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities.

Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages.

Improve website rankings and organic traffic.

Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.





3. Content Marketing

Write SEO-friendly website content.

Create blog articles related to real estate and home buying.

Write ad copies for Meta and Google campaigns.

Prepare email marketing content and WhatsApp campaign messages.

Coordinate with designers for social media creatives and marketing materials.

4. Website Management

Update website content and landing pages.

Ensure tracking codes (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) are implemented correctly.

Improve landing page conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Track KPIs including:

Leads Generated

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Website Traffic

Organic Rankings

Conversion Rate

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
