Key Litigation Responsibilities

Cheque Bounce Cases: Filing and tracking complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Court Representation: Managing civil, criminal, and consumer disputes in Lower and District Courts through external counsel.

Drafting Pleadings: Preparing legal notices, written statements, replies, affidavits, and petitions.

Case Tracking: Maintaining litigation trackers, MIS reports, and hearing schedules.

Key Recovery Processes

SARFAESI Actions: Issuing demand notices under Section 13(2) and possession notices under Section 13(4) for secured loans.

Tribunal Coordination: Assisting with Original Applications (OAs) before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

Arbitration Execution: Initiating and enforcing arbitration proceedings and execution petitions (EP).

Agency Management: Liaisoning with field recovery teams, local police authorities, and empanelled panel advocates.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with Bachelor in Law with valuable drafting skills.

Understansing in Litigation and Debt Recovery

Experience - 1 to 3 years.
