Company Overview: We are a leading healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) / medical billing company specializing in US healthcare processes, with a focus on radiology services. We are looking for energetic and communicative individuals to join our patient collections and scheduling team.

Job Summary: The AR Caller / Patient Collections Specialist will be responsible for following up on outstanding patient balances (self-pay and patient responsibility portions), resolving billing inquiries from patients only, and handling patient appointment scheduling. There will be no interaction with insurance companies. Experience with radiology services is preferred. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact empathetically and professionally with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients to follow up on outstanding balances, overdue payments, and patient responsibility amounts.
- Explain patient statements, resolve billing discrepancies, and negotiate affordable payment plans.




- Collect payments over the phone or guide patients on payment options.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments (including radiology procedures like X-rays, MRI, CT scans, etc.) efficiently, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Handle inbound patient inquiries related to billing, statements, and appointments.
- Document call notes, update patient records in billing software, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports on AR status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize patient balance delays.

Requirements:
