Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team to achieve business objectives by guiding them on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Conduct physical verification of gold ornaments at client premises to ensure authenticity and security.
- Ensure compliance with BGV procedures for smooth transactions.
- Manage and motivate the team to meet their targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements :
- Robust background in team handling or branch management.
- Proficiency in BGV processes and physical verification methods.
- Experience in banking or finance industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with gold ornament authentication and security protocols.
