Role Description
: This is a full-time, work-from-home role for a Spanish Speaker Paralegal (Lawyer) supporting U.S.-based legal processes. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents,



contracts, and correspondence in both English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant U.S. laws and client guidelines. The paralegal will assist with legal research, case preparation, and maintenance of case files and databases, as well as support attorneys and client teams with status updates, summaries, and documentation requests. Daily tasks include translating and interpreting legal materials, managing deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings. The role requires consistent adherence to confidentiality standards and company protocols while working independently in a remote environment.
