Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions across the assigned state.
- Deliver guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions to students.
- Promote PIBM's academic programs and create awareness about the institute.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and faculty members.
- Generate student leads and support the admissions process through institutional outreach.
- Plan and execute college engagement activities, seminars, and promotional events.
- Represent PIBM at educational fairs, campus events, and career guidance programs.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve outreach and admission targets.
- Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Travel extensively within the assigned state to expand PIBM's network and strengthen institutional partnerships.
