Role Summary

The Person will be responsible for establishing and leading the complete pharmaceutical business of Azure Drugs & pharmaceuticals operationally and business development. The incumbent will drive strategic growth through contract manufacturing partnerships, domestic and international sales, business development, regulatory compliance, QA, QC, product portfolio expansion, supply chain management, warehouse operations, marketing, and overall commercial operations.

The role requires a visionary leader capable of building a scalable pharmaceutical business from the ground up while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Leadership




- Develop and execute the company's pharmaceutical business strategy.
- Build Azure Drugs into a nationally and internationally recognized pharmaceutical brand.
- Identify current business opportunities across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, OTC products, medical devices, and specialty healthcare products.
- Prepare annual business plans, revenue forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies.
- Drive profitability and achieve business targets.

2. Business Development & Sales
- Lead domestic and international business development initiatives.
- Develop distribution networks across India.
- Expand exports into regulated and semi-regulated international markets.
- Identify and appoint distributors, stockists, super stockists, institutional buyers, and channel partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, pharmacies, government agencies, and corporate clients.
