Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in CS / IT / AI / Data Science or related field
- Experience: 14 years in AI/ML, NLP, or GenAI development
- Hands-on experience in Python, APIs, data preprocessing, and basic ML/NLP pipelines
- Exposure to LLM application development using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar
- Basic experience with proprietary LLM APIs and local/open SLMs for use cases like chat, summarization, extraction, and Q&A;
- Understanding of RAG concepts such as embeddings, chunking, vector DBs, and prompt templates
- Awareness of prompt design, response formatting, and context handling
- Basic knowledge of GenAI evaluation, grounding, and response quality checks
- Awareness of guardrails such as PII filtering, prompt injection prevention, and output validation
- Familiarity with Git, testing, debugging, and logging
