Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and audits.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee general ledger activities.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Support management with financial planning, MIS reporting, and business decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities as required.




- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 68 years of post-qualification experience (fresh qualified CAs with strong internship experience may also be considered).
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
