About the Role

Key Responsibilities

You will focus on promoting the app online through:
- Social Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and visual concepts that drive app downloads and user engagement.
- Community & User Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; nurture online communities (Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, etc.).
- Identify and engage with potential users, influencers,



and brand advocates.resources.
- Campaign Execution & Growth Experiments
- Support paid and organic campaigns to drive app installs
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics (downloads, engagement rate, CTR, cost per install, etc.) using native analytics and tools like Google Analytics, App Store Connect, or Firebase.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries and recommend optimizations.
- Market & Trend Research
- Monitor competitors, trending formats, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh.

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
- Solid understanding of major social platforms and what performs well on each.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skil
