Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor role based in Bengaluru. The position involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed quantity take-offs, and verifying contractor bills and claims. The Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning and budgeting, monitor costs against contracts, and support cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include preparing cost reports,



coordinating with project managers and site engineers, supporting tendering and bid evaluations, and ensuring adherence to contractual and statutory requirements. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, identifying cost variances, and providing recommendations to improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in cost planning and cost management, with the ability to develop, monitor, and update project budgets.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and verification of civil works quantities.
- Proficiency in cost control and cost reporting, including periodic financial updates and variance analysis.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Experience working with contracts, tenders, and bid evaluations for civil infrastructure or building projects.
