Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher – 1+ Year)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (As per experience)

About the Role

Achyutam Technology is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and online marketing. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms and be eager to learn, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Assist in running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, sales, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred for freshers.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
- 0–1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Freshers with practical campaign knowledge and certifications are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
