Role Description
The Academic Advisor – International will provide guidance to students exploring global education opportunities, helping them select suitable courses, universities, and countries based on academic background, interests, and career aspirations. This full time, on-site role in Aluva involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, reviewing student profiles, and recommending pathways for undergraduate and graduate programs abroad.



The advisor will assist with scholarship options, standardized test planning, application timelines, and documentation requirements, ensuring students are well-prepared for each step. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with internal teams, participating in outreach activities, and staying up to date with international education trends, admission criteria, and visa guidelines. The role also requires clear communication with students and families, delivering information sessions and workshops when needed.
