Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse and order operations for our garment business. The candidate will be responsible for receiving customer orders, coordinating with the logistics team, maintaining MIS reports, supervising warehouse activities, and ensuring timely order dispatch. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in garment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management
- Receive customer orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Call customers to confirm orders and provide order updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders.

Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.




- Resolve delivery-related issues by coordinating with customers and transport providers.

Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper storage and movement of garments.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.

MIS & Documentation
- Maintain daily MIS reports.
- Update stock records and order status in MS Excel.
- Prepare dispatch reports and inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock.

Customer Coordination
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
