Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating revenue through online bidding platforms and direct client engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in international sales, proposal writing, client communication, and closing deals for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and other bidding platforms.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Prepare winning proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients.




- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong expertise in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, or similar platforms.
- Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate Joiner or currently serving the notice period.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
