Role Description :-

1. Network Expansion: Onboard, activate, and maintain active relationships with local brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), real estate agents, and wealth managers.

2. Broker Engagement: Conduct regular project walkthroughs, briefing sessions, and incentive scheme rollouts for channel partners to keep our projects top-of-mind.

3. Tier Management: Categorize and manage CP tiers (A/B/C) to maximize output from high-producing brokers and train/up-level emerging partners.
