Role & responsibilities

Treasury Management
- Manage daily treasury operations and optimize cash flow across the organization.
- Monitor liquidity, fund utilization, and short-term investments.
- Develop treasury strategies for efficient cash and working capital management.
- Ensure timely availability of funds for business operations and project execution.

Banking & Financial Institution Management
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lenders.
- Negotiate banking facilities, interest rates, charges, and financial terms.
- Manage fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities including:
- Cash Credit (CC)
- Overdraft (OD)
- Working Capital Loans
- Bank Guarantees (BG)
- Letters of Credit (LC)
- Term Loans

Project Finance
- Arrange funding for current and ongoing projects.
- Prepare project financial models, cash flow projections, and funding plans.
- Coordinate with lenders for project loan documentation, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Monitor project fund utilization and ensure compliance with lender covenants.

Fund Management




- Forecast short-term and long-term funding requirements.
- Prepare rolling cash flow statements and liquidity forecasts.
- Optimize deployment of surplus funds.
- Monitor borrowing levels and ensure optimum capital structure.

Working Capital Management
- Manage receivables, payables, inventory funding, and cash conversion cycle.
- Monitor utilization of working capital limits.
- Drive initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare treasury MIS, fund flow statements, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze borrowing costs and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Support annual budgeting and financial planning activities.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with banking agreements and loan covenants.
- Monitor treasury risks including liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange exposure.
