We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Operations Lead to manage day-to-day accounting operations, compliance coordination, payment follow-ups, vendor documentation, and IT asset tracking. The candidate should be comfortable working on accounting tools such as Zoho Books and coordinating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external consultants.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense entries, and payment tracking
- Track project milestones and ensure timely invoice generation as per agreed deliverables
- Coordinate with customers and partners for payment follow-ups and account-related communication
- Maintain financial records, reports, and documentation in an organized manner
- Coordinate with external CA for GST, TDS,compliance, and financial closure activities
- Handle vendor onboarding, empanelment documentation,



and related coordination
- Support operational activities and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and processes
- Manage reimbursement tracking and maintain expense records
- Maintain and update company asset and operational records
- Assist management with MIS reports, payment status tracking, and operational coordination

Mumbai (Thane)

BCom/BMS/MBA/BAF

2-3Years.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
