As a Senior Engineer – Sales & Business Development, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experience.

You will be responsible for sustainable business growth, stronger customer relationships, and increased market share for Danfoss within the assigned territory and accounts.

You’ll collaborate with internal sales & finance teams and take ownership of overall business of the territory and account assigned to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent Danfoss and meet sales targets within assigned region and accounts with established products.
- Lead territory sales and business development activities to achieve sales targets, grow market share, secure current business opportunities, and strengthen Danfoss' position as the preferred supplier within assigned accounts and regions.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders by identifying customer needs, developing sales proposals, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, closing orders, resolving after-sales concerns, and ensuring timely payment follow-up.
- Do technical sales, value selling,



market analysis and use CRM systems to create compelling value propositions and drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Support, After Sales Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and issue resolution.
- Proactively support in collecting overdue payments according to payment terms and ensure information flow to accounting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales and business development with a proven ability to achieve sales targets & grow market share.
- Experience in value-selling, CRM systems and commercial negotiations with the ability to develop customer-centric solutions and successfully close sales opportunities.
