Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies for IT professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
