Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the organization's human resources function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a hands-on leader who can align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete HR function for the organization.
- Manage and coordinate HR activities for all offices across India.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with Government departments and regulatory authorities as required.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.




- Partner with business leadership on manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from Power, Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Metals & Mining, or similar industries will be preferred.

Candidate Profile:
- 15–20 years of relevant HR leadership experience.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations for multi-location organizations.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, statutory compliance, labour laws, and government liaison.
- Excellent leadership, communication.
- Ability to work closely with the MD and senior management to drive the organization's HR strategy.
