We're looking for a
Customer Support Manager
who can lead from the front, build a high-performing support team, and raise the bar on customer experience.

What you'll own

You'll be responsible for leading our customer support function, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support while continuously improving the way we operate.

This role goes beyond managing a queue. You'll:
- Lead and mentor a growing support team.
- Own SLAs, CSAT, First Response Time, Resolution Time, and overall support quality.
- Handle critical customer escalations with confidence and ownership.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Build scalable support processes, SOPs, quality standards, and knowledge resources.




- Use data to identify trends and continuously improve customer experience.

We're looking for someone who has

✅ 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, with experience leading a team.

✅ Experience supporting
B2B SaaS/software products
.

✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ A customer-first mindset backed by data and operational excellence.

✅ The ability to thrive in a fast-moving workplace where ownership matters more than job titles.
