Role Overview

We are looking for a self-starting recruitment professional to build and own our Talent Acquisition function end-to-end. Hexalog is scaling in two directions simultaneously – a corporate team spanning technology, commercial, and operations, and a distributed warehouse and frontline

workforce. This role is responsible for both. It is not a role that inherits an established machine; it is a role that builds one, setting the hiring bar, the process,



and the employer brand for an organization that will look materially different eighteen months from now. The right candidate brings hustle, ground sense, and proven expertise in building – not merely running – a hiring engine in a high-growth workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Hiring
- Own full-cycle recruitment across technology, product, commercial, finance, and operations roles, from role scoping through offer closure.
- Drive direct sourcing and outbound headhunting to build in-house hiring capability and reduce dependence on external agencies.
- Partner with founders and function heads to convert hiring intent into sharp, measurable role scorecards.
- Manage candidate experience and offer negotiation, closing high-quality talent in a competitive market.

Warehouse & Frontline Hiring
- Lead volume and cluster hiring across warehouse, hub, and last-mile roles in line with network expansion.
