We are seeking a
Franchise Business Development Manager
to join our Retail team at Fossil Group in
Bengaluru, Karnataka
. If you are passionate about expanding premium retail brands and building strong franchise networks, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will drive franchise growth by identifying new opportunities, onboarding the right partners, and enabling successful store launches aligned with Fossil’s brand strategy.

What you will do in this role

Market Development & Expansion Strategy




- Identify and evaluate new markets for franchise expansion through detailed market research and competitive analysis
- Build strong relationships with mall developers and landlords to secure premium retail locations with optimal commercial terms
- Visit and assess potential locations to ensure alignment with brand positioning and expansion strategy

Franchisee Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and evaluate prospective franchise partners in line with company guidelines
- Lead franchise agreement negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies
- Drive seamless onboarding and store launch readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Franchise Operations & Business Performance
- Support franchisees in driving business performance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence
- Monitor franchisee performance, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities
- Enable consistent execution of merchandising, inventory, and customer experience standards
