Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and well-connected Sales & Business Development Executive who understands the creative industry and has a strong network within agencies and brands.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling creative, marketing, branding, production, PR, or media services and be comfortable meeting clients, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities




- Generate current business opportunities through outbound sales and networking.
- Meet marketing heads, founders, brand managers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Sell Hogwarts Media's services including:
- Podcast Production
- Commercial & Brand Films
- Product Shoots
- Fashion Shoots
- Corporate Videos
- Social Media Content
- Photography
- Video Editing
- Creative Campaigns
- Develop relationships with marketing agencies, PR agencies, fashion brands, startups, and enterprise clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal production and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and client records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
