As a
PLM & Alfresco AMS trainee
, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and updating product data and documentation using PLM software and tools. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning and Using PLM Software
: You will learn how to effectively use PLM software and tools to create, update, and maintain product data and documentation.
- Collaboration
: You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of product information across different platforms and channels.
- Quality Assurance
: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data and documentation.




- Continuous Improvement
: Actively participating in the continuous improvement of PLM processes and tools.

This role will provide you with valuable experience in product lifecycle management and the opportunity to work closely with various teams to ensure high-quality product information.

Application Monitoring and Support Role

Responsibilities:
- Application Monitoring:
Continuously monitor applications and react to alerts to ensure smooth operation.
- Service Requests and Incident Handling:
Receive and resolve tickets through ServiceNow and Tracker, addressing service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Adhoc Requests:
Handle any adhoc requests from other applications for monitoring or support in various environments.
- Work Log Updates:
Update work logs and document tasks performed in the trackers for each incident.
- KPI Fulfillment:
Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such
