Key Responsibilities:

BOQ & Quantity Surveying

Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Verify quantities as per approved drawings and site measurements.

Prepare quantity take-offs and variation statements.

Compare BOQ quantities with actual work executed.

Coordinate with project and site teams for quantity verification.

RA Billing & Final Billing

Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills.

Prepare final bills after project completion.

Ensure timely submission of bills with all supporting documents.

Track bill certification, approvals, and payment status.

Maintain billing schedules and project milestones.

Client & Subcontractor Billing

Prepare client invoices as per contract terms.

Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against executed work.

Process contractor payment certificates.

Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and contractors.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.

Cost Control & Project Monitoring

Monitor project costs against approved budgets.

Prepare project cost analysis and billing MIS reports.





Track project profitability and billing status.

Assist in controlling project cost overruns.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain BOQs, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, measurement sheets, and billing records.

Ensure proper documentation for audits and client verification.

Maintain contract documents, amendments, and variation orders.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchase, Accounts, Vendors, and Clients.

Attend project review meetings related to billing and commercial matters.

Ensure smooth billing and payment processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.

Hands-on experience in RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Billing.

Knowledge of rate analysis and variation orders.

Experience in quantity verification and measurement sheets.

Understanding of project costing and budgeting.
