Job Description – Sales & Business Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Engineer to drive sales growth, develop current business, and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate inquiries and achieve sales targets.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Promote Equipment, Spares, AMC, Service, and Up gradation business.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and timely complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and dispatch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and submit MIS reports.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales & service team.




- Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to company policies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and customer events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred).
- Experience in B2B technical/industrial sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
