About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Online GCSE Biology Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will teach Biology to students following the GCSE/IGCSE curriculum, deliver engaging online lessons, and help students achieve strong academic outcomes.

- Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online Biology lessons for GCSE/IGCSE students.
- Plan and prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain Biology concepts clearly using effective online teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with homework, coursework, and examination preparation.




- Track student progress and maintain academic records.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high teaching standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Biology.
- Experience teaching the GCSE and/or IGCSE Biology curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience teaching in an online environment using virtual classroom platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home teaching setup.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AQA, Edexcel, Cambridge, or OCR examination boards.
- Ability to simplify complex Biology concepts for students.
- Strong presentation and student engagement skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve academic success.
