Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our immigration consulting team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals,



providing accurate information about visa and migration options, and supporting the sales process to ensure smooth client onboarding.

You will play a key role in converting leads into qualified prospects by providing guidance and building trust before they proceed to consultation or enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.

• Understand client requirements related to immigration, study abroad, or visa services.

• Explain available programs, eligibility criteria, timelines, and process steps clearly and professionally.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or consultations with senior counselors or sales managers.

• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

• Assist in preparing and sending proposals, fee structures, and follow-up communications.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targe
