About the Role

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and results-driven Corporate Strategy & Capital Raising professional to lead strategic initiatives and spearhead fund-raising efforts for our NBFC. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully raising large-scale debt and/or equity capital, building relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, family offices, private equity funds, and other funding partners.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing with speed and precision to support the organization's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy
- Develop and execute long-term corporate growth and expansion strategies.
- Identify recent business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare strategic presentations and business plans for the Board, investors, and lenders.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive key strategic initiatives.




- Ability to build and manage a passionate team.

Capital Raising & Fund Raising
- Lead end-to-end debt and equity fund-raising initiatives.
- Raise capital from Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, AIFs, Family Offices, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Institutional Investors.
- Structure financing transactions to optimize cost of funds and liquidity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and financial institutions.
- Negotiate funding terms, documentation, pricing, and covenants.
- Drive securitization, co-lending, assignment transactions, NCD issuances, term loans, working capital facilities, ECBs, and structured finance transactions where applicable.
- Ensure timely closure of funding transactions aligned with business requirements.

Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage investor communications and lender relationships.
