Job Title: Corporate Event Production Executive / Manager

Job Overview:

The Corporate Event Production Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end technical and production aspects of corporate events — from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution. The role requires a strong understanding of event setups, staging, lighting, sound, AV, and fabrication, ensuring every event is executed seamlessly, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:





* Collaborate with the client servicing and creative teams to understand event requirements and objectives.

* Prepare detailed production plans, layouts, and timelines for each event.

* Conduct venue recce to assess technical feasibility and logistics.

* Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, audio-visuals, stage setup, lighting, sound, branding, and logistics.

On-Site Event Management:

* Supervise and manage all on-ground event setups — ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

* Handle technical rehearsals, stage cues, and show flow during the event.

* Manage manpower, production crew, and safety compliance in office.

* Troubleshoot last-minute challenges to ensure smooth operations.

Vendor & Budget Management:

* Source and negotiate with vendors for production elements while maintaining cost efficiency.

* Track and control production budgets and timelines.

* Ensure quality control and adherence to design/technical specifications.
