We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality home healthcare services for senior citizens. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized nursing care, monitor patients' health conditions, administer medications, and support elderly patients in maintaining their well-being and independence. This role involves home visits and, when required, providing care in senior living facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients in home healthcare and senior living environments.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs accurately and maintain proper clinical documentation.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per physician instructions.
- Perform nursing procedures such as Ryles tube management, catheter care,



and feeding support.
- Deliver wound care and monitor the healing process while ensuring patient comfort.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform CPR when required.
- Assess patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, nutrition, and home care practices.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
