Responsibilities:
- Create sketches for current animations based on design briefs.
- Develop storyboards for animation projects.
- Design backgrounds, sets, and other elements of the animated environment.
- Develop timing and pacing of motion based on audio requirements.
- Work with the story editors/content writers to merge the various animation layers.
- Record dialogue for the animation, where necessary.
- Collaborate with other creatives, including designers,



photographers, and animators, to finalize projects.

Required Competencies:
- Excellent creativity and originality.
- Superior graphic design and animation skills backed by a robust portfolio.
- Proficiency in the use of design and animation software.
- Knowledge of color theory.
- Great attention to detail.
- General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Notion, , Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
