Role Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee to support our day-to-day office operations, business development, and project coordination activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Make and receive calls with clients, leads, vendors, and internal teams.

* Support business development activities by following up with potential clients and scheduling meetings.

* Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.

* Prepare reports, presentations,



and project documentation.

* Follow up with vendors and team members on pending tasks.

* Assist in coordinating between office and site teams.

* Support managers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

* Recent graduate or 0–1 year of experience.

* Good spoken English and basic conversational Tamil.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Positive communication, organizational, and time management skills.

* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* Internship or prior experience in administration, operations, customer support, sales, or business development is an added advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
