Job Description – Sourcing Executive (Fresher)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 0–1 year (Fresher)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Executive to support our fashion sourcing and execution team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders, has a strong understanding of fashion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

* Coordinate between stylists, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing requirements.

* Source products based on briefs, budgets, and timelines.

* Communicate with brands for product availability, pricing, and dispatches.

* Track samples, deliveries, returns, and timelines to ensure everything stays on schedule.

* Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and vendors.

* Keep sourcing trackers and inventory records updated.





* Support the team during campaign shoots, launches, and other fashion projects when required.

What We're Looking For

* Graduate in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Management, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of fashion brands, trends, and products.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.

* Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.

* A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
