About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function at JustWravel. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, payroll, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure financial accuracy while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the company's complete accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.




Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Handle assessments, notices, and statutory audits.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balances.
- Review payment approvals and financial transactions.
Payroll & Financial Controls
- Supervise payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Audit & Risk Management
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
