Role Description
This is a full-time Python Developer role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility after 3 months of in office only. The Python Developer will design, build, and maintain dedicated in house classification models,



as well as working on specific elements of different recommendation engines. Daily responsibilities include writing clean code, working with the PyTorch framework specifically. The role involves collaborating closely with product owners, and other engineers to refine requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in testing and documentation. The developer will also help monitor performance, troubleshoot issues in production environments, and support continuous improvement of the overall technology stack.

Qualifications
- Strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with solid experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in Software Development practices such as version control, testing, debugging, and documentation.
