About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating and converting leads, especially for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for D2C brands through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Identify and approach businesses that require digital marketing services such as Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Branding, and Creative Services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.
- Prepare proposals,



negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals for D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
