We are hiring a result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager whose entire mandate is to win recent BIM and engineering-services projects from overseas clients.



This role does not cover the domestic (India) market — the focus is exclusively on identifying, engaging, and converting international prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate business exclusively from international markets — Europe, UK, USA, Middle East, Australia, and other overseas target regions; domestic (India) prospecting is out of scope for this role.
- Identify and engage overseas Architects, Engineering Consultants, MEP Consultants, General Contractors, Design-Build Firms, and BIM Consultancies who outsource BIM/CAD/digital engineering work.
- Conduct market research and strategic prospecting to build and continuously grow a qualified international sales pipeline.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, cold email/outreach campaigns, and other prospecting platforms to generate and nurture overseas leads.
- Schedule and run discovery calls / virtual meetings with oversea
