About the Role
SHAAC is looking for a highly energetic and extroverted Marketing Manager Intern to join our team in Lucknow. In this hybrid role, you will get hands-on experience driving our marketing initiatives, connecting with target audiences, and executing campaigns. We are looking for a relentless hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing management.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Communication:
Act as a vibrant voice for the brand, confidently reaching out to potential partners, clients, and community members.
- Campaign Execution:
Assist in planning, launching, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Market Research:
Monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to help refine our marketing strategies.
- Content & Engagement:
Help brainstorm and coordinate engaging content strategies that resonate with our target market.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the core team to brainstorm recent growth ideas and optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Personality:
You must be a natural extrovert with excellent verbal and written communication skills who loves networking and building relationships.
- Work Ethic:
Highly hardworking, proactive, and ready to hustle. You take ownership of your tasks and are driven to see them through.
- Availability:
Must be able to commit to a rigorous schedule of 8 hours a day, 6 days a week for the full 6-month internship duration.
- Location:
Based in or around Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and comfortable with a hybrid work setup.
- Background:
A basic understanding of marketing principles is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is mandatory.
